snow days

Last week's temps were delicious and it felt as though spring was in the air. However, this week has been wildly different and we're buried in snow! So for now, my spring looks & enthusiasm are tucked away for another day and I'm sharing a cozy snow day outfit instead. Also, can you believe... I'm wearing the same jeans & sweater from last week's outfit post?! I'm always amazed at how easily you can remix basics and create new outfits. I'm certain I'll be doing that a lot this spring and can't wait to share my minimalist approach with you!

And speaking of spring? What trends or styles are you guys most excited about?! Personally, I'm excited for over the knee boots, oversized cardigans, lux coats as well as interesting cuts & ruffled details. Style wise, it'll be an interesting time for me, because I'm keeping my spring shopping budget tight as we save for a few other things. Also, I'm craving a hair change for the new season, but haven't made any decisions yet. Suggestions?!

Other than that, life is good! I have lots of fun plans for this week and I'm in a good groove with the blog... I've been working on pitching a few collaborations, outsourcing some of my administrative tasks (oh hey, sanity) and I've been making great strides with my health goals and fitness. I'm also entertaining doing a Q&A with Martin, or one focused around blogging... or perhaps both?! Either way, I'll keep you guys posted! xo
