This year, I’m so excited for February (hello milder weather) and Valentine’s Day. Typically Martin & I don’t do much for V-Day, but this year, we’re feeling an extra stir of romance in the air and ready to pamper / spoil ourselves. So much fun!! We’ll be heading into the city (we live 30 minutes outside of it) and have a slew of fabulous things planned. And if you’re looking for something special to do too?! TWG Tea is offering a set Valentine’s Day menu, where you’ll be treated to a delicious lobster main and a tea-infused pavlova for dessert. Yum! The Valentine’s Day Menu is available from February 1st to the 14th, so lots of time to plan with your love (or take your bestie). And if you dine on February 14th? You’ll receive a special surprise.
Their beautiful offerings also include the Amour de Thé, a luxurious Darjeeling tea blended with delicate rose blossoms and packaged in blush pink & gold caviar tin, and gift box. I’m especially smitten with their Bain de Roses Tea Scented Candle – it’s heaven! Think black tea, heady notes of white sandalwood, warm vanilla and fresh grapefruit. Not to mention, the candle and overall presentation is beyond gorgeous. And last, but certainly not least, TWG Tea’s Bain de Roses tea infused macarons are a perfect gift as well, showcasing a luscious jam infused with Bain de Roses Darjeeling Tea, blended with roses and hints of vanilla. You can bet I’ll be picking up macarons and a candle. ASAP!
The TWG Tea Glamour Teapots range from $528 – $1,021 and the Glamour Tea Bowls range from $113 – $339. The Mon Amour Caviar Tin Tea retails at $48 and the Bain de Roses Tea Scented Candle retails for $100, and a box of 6, 12 and 24 macarons retail at $18, $36 and $60. All are sold at the TWG Tea Salon & Boutique. Or orders can be made online. And tell me friends, what’s your favourite thing to do for Valentine’s Day?! xo
